These Terms & Conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws applicable to Naga Bola's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Level 1 – Direct Complaint: Contact the Naga Bola customer support team via live chat or email at support@nagabola.click. We are committed to responding within 24 hours and resolving complaints within 5 business days.
2. Stage 2 – Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with the initial resolution, the complaint may be escalated to Naga Bola's management team for review within 10 business days.
3. Stage 3 – Mediation: If the dispute remains unresolved, both parties agree to refer the matter to a mutually appointed independent mediator.

All complaints or dispute communications with Naga Bola must be submitted in Bahasa Malaysia or English. Naga Bola will not be held responsible for any complaints submitted in other languages, as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of translations.
